Local Hands for MSPs in Brandon & Westman
You've got a client site in our region and no one local to send. We're a Brandon-based MSP with our own technicians, our own trucks, and a signed promise never to compete for your client. Tell us about the work and we'll tell you if we're a fit — usually within one business day.
Your Client Stays Your Client
The reason to hire a local competitor as your boots on the ground is that you can trust us not to become your competitor. So we put it in writing.
When we take your field work, we sign a mutual client non-solicitation agreement: for the length of our arrangement and 24 months after, we won't solicit, quote, or take on the client we worked for — including if they approach us first. On site, our techs do the job and nothing else. No business cards, no opinions about your setup, no “you should really switch.” If your client asks us to take them over, the answer is “talk to your IT company.”
How we protect the relationship
-
Contractual non-solicit
24 months, and it covers unsolicited approaches from your client too.
-
On-site conduct
We do the work, we defer every “can you take us over” back to you.
-
Straight talk
We can't unmake the fact that we're local. The contract and the conduct are what keep it safe.
We Show Up as Prairie IT
We're not a white-label shop. Our people wear our uniforms and drive marked vehicles, because to your client a recognized, insured, local company is easier to trust than an unmarked stranger saying “your IT provider sent me.”
If you need us to introduce ourselves as working on your behalf, quote your ticket numbers, or leave no Prairie IT material behind, we'll do all of that. The one thing we won't do is hide the trucks — and what actually protects you isn't us hiding, it's the non-solicitation agreement and how our techs behave on site.
What we do on site
We work under your RMM and PSA, or ours — your call. Service area is the same 200 km around Brandon we cover for our own clients.
You Apply to Us — Not the Other Way Around
Normally subcontracting means we fill out your vendor packet before we've even talked. We flipped it: tell us about the work first.
You apply
Describe the work in the form below. Five minutes, and it's the same detail we'd otherwise dig out of your vendor form.
We assess fit
We reply within one business day. We take partner work selectively, because your client's site is our reputation too.
Paperwork that matters
If we're a fit, we swap the real artifacts — insurance certificate, mutual NDA, whatever your client requires — with the scope already nailed down.
We dispatch
Scheduled or emergency, billed to you at wholesale. You bill your client.
Apply for Partner Access
This is an application, not a sign-up — submitting it doesn't commit either of us. We take partner work selectively so we can do every job excellently, because a bad job on your client's site costs us both. The form is the fastest path to a yes.
