IT Support Technician
Join our growing team providing IT support to Manitoba businesses. Work directly with clients to solve technical challenges while building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for client networks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Document work thoroughly in our ticketing system
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Monitor backup systems and respond to security alerts
- Assist with client onboarding and technology projects
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years IT support experience (help desk, MSP, or internal IT)
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (equipment deployment)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
- Network+ or Security+ certification
- Experience supporting agricultural or professional services clients
