What Are You Experiencing?

Select your situation below for immediate guidance while you wait for our response.

Ransomware Attack

Files encrypted, ransom demands, locked out of systems

Suspicious Activity

Strange emails, unusual behavior, potential phishing

Data Breach

Unauthorized access, data theft, compromised accounts

Not Sure

Something feels wrong but I'm not sure what

Ransomware Attack - Immediate Steps

  1. Disconnect immediately Unplug network cables and disable WiFi on affected devices. This prevents the ransomware from spreading to other computers.
  2. Do NOT pay the ransom Payment doesn't guarantee data recovery and funds criminal operations. Many victims who pay never receive decryption keys.
  3. Don't turn off isolated computers Once disconnected from the network, leave systems powered on to preserve forensic evidence. Only power off devices you cannot disconnect.
  4. Document everything Screenshot any ransom messages, note which systems are affected, and record when you first noticed the problem.
  5. Call us immediately Time is critical for containment. We can help assess the damage and begin recovery.

Suspicious Activity - Immediate Steps

  1. Stop and don't click If it's an email, link, or popup, don't interact with it further. Close the browser tab but don't click any buttons in the popup itself.
  2. Don't enter credentials If you're on a suspicious page asking for a password, close it immediately. Never enter passwords on pages you didn't navigate to directly.
  3. Forward suspicious emails to us Don't delete them. Forward the email as an attachment so we can analyze headers and links safely.
  4. Check recent account activity Look for logins from unfamiliar locations or devices in your email and banking accounts.
  5. Contact us We'll help determine if you've been compromised and what protective steps to take.

Let's Investigate

Better safe than sorry. We'd rather check and find nothing.

Data Breach - Immediate Steps

  1. Change critical passwords immediately Start with email and banking accounts. Use strong, unique passwords for each account.
  2. Enable MFA everywhere Add multi-factor authentication to all accounts that support it, especially email, banking, and cloud services.
  3. Check financial accounts Look for unauthorized transactions, new accounts opened, or changes to account details.
  4. Document what's affected List all accounts, data types, and systems you believe were compromised. Don't delete suspicious emails or logs—preserve everything for investigation.
  5. Call us urgently We'll help contain the breach, assess the damage, and guide you through notification requirements if customer data was involved.

Time Is Critical

The sooner we act, the more damage we can prevent.

Something Seems Wrong - What To Do

  1. Trust your instincts If something feels off, it's worth investigating. Unusual computer behavior, unexpected popups, or "gut feelings" are often early warning signs.
  2. Don't ignore warning signs Slow computers, strange popups, unexpected emails from colleagues, or accounts acting strangely all matter.
  3. Don't try to fix it yourself Well-meaning attempts to "clean up" can destroy evidence or make things worse. Leave things as they are.
  4. Note what you've observed Write down anything unusual: when it started, what changed, what you clicked recently, or who else might be affected.
  5. Give us a call We'd rather check and find nothing than miss something important. No judgment, just help.

Let's Take a Look

No question is too small. Peace of mind is priceless.
